摘要
近年来,视频监控技术在智能交通、安防监控等各行各业得到了广泛的应用。随着视频监控设备数量的急剧增加,其自身设备的故障维护和管理面临越来越大的挑战。以往采用人工巡检的方式对监控视频设备的故障管理模式已经远远不能满足现实的需求。针对视频监控设备检测中的视频质量分析问题,本文设计并实现了一种视频质量实时检测系统,包括图像预处理、异常检测、结果输出、管理等四个模块。其中图像预处理模块主要是对视频图像格式、分辨率等进行处理;异常检测模块则是视频常见异常的检测算法实现部分;结果输出模块是对异常检测结果的可视化显示;管理模块则是为用户便于管理系统而设计的。测试结果表明该系统基本满足视频质量实时检测要求,不仅检测异常精度高,而且系统性能稳定。
In recent years,video monitoring technology has been widely used in many fields,such as intelligent transportation,security monitoring and so on.With the rapid increase in the number of video monitoring equipment,the maintenance and management of its own equipment is facing more and more challenges.In the past,the fault management model of monitoring video equipment has been far from meeting the needs of reality.For the video quality analysis in the video monitoring equipment detection,this paper designs and implements a real-time detection system of video quality,including image preprocessing,anomaly detection,result output and management four module.The image processing module is mainly for processing such as video resolution,image format;anomaly detection module is the part of implementation of video common anomaly detection algorithm;the output module is a visualization of abnormal test results;management module is designed for users to facilitate management system.The test results show that the system can meet the requirements of video quality real-time detection,not only the detection accuracy is high,but also the system performance is stable.
