摘要
针对目前使用率极高的真空沸腾式船舶海水淡化装置进行分析调研,笔者发现其存在真空度不稳定、积盐严重及调控方式落后三大缺点。在对现用船舶海水淡化装置机械结构进行分析后,根据设计所需的控制参数要求,结合现代相对成熟的自动控制技术,以三菱PLC为控制核心,PID为核心算法,各传感器及效力装置为辅,完成了船舶海水淡化系统设计改造。经调试,该系统可实现自动运行、报警、显示、参数检测等功能,极大地提高了海水淡化效率。
Based on the analysis and investigation of the current high vacuum boiling water desalination plant,the author finds that there are three shortcomings in the existence of unstable vacuum degree,severe salt deposit and the control mode.In the current Marine seawater desalination plant through analysis of the mechanical structure,the control parameters according to the design requirements,combined with modern relatively mature automatic control technology,mitsubishi PLC as the control core,PID as the core algorithm,various sensors and effective device is complementary,completed the design system of seawater desalination system reform.Through debugging,the system can realize automatic operation,alarm,display,parameter detection and other functions,which greatly improve desalination efficiency.
