摘要
随着社会的不断发展,民办高校师资力量不断地壮大,技术型人才培养成为各大民办高校关注的重点。如何定位及培养符合社会经济高速发展需求的综合性人才已成为各大民办高校的教学目标。为了提高高校的就业创业能力,培养工程专业应用技术型人才已成为教学目标中的重要课题。实践教学是高校应用性教育的组成部分,而深层次解析人才及人才培养方案的修订是不断完善实践教学改革体制的必然手段。作为创新型教育的学生,理论知识仅仅巩固了自身学识范围,而实践教学则是立身的核心,因此,为适应经济高速发展的现状,提高地方性高校的实践教学水平,走出一条适合地方性的给排水科学与工程专业发展的新路径,是教育教学面临的严峻话题。
With the continuous development of society,the team of private college teachers continues to grow,and technical talent training has become the focus of private colleges.How to locate and cultivate the comprehensive talents in line with the rapid development of social economy has become the teaching goal of private colleges.In order to improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of colleges and universities,cultivating applied and technical talents in engineering specialties has become an important subject in teaching objectives.Practical teaching is an integral part of applied education in colleges and universities,and further analyzing talents and revising talent training programs is an inevitable means to constantly improve the system of practical teaching reform.As the students receiving innovative education,theoretical knowledge only consolidates the scope of their own knowledge,while practical teaching is the core.Therefore,in order to adapt to the current situation of rapid economic development and improve the practical teaching level of local colleges and universities,it is a serious topic of education and teaching to find a new path suitable for the development of water supply and drainage science and engineering specialty.
