摘要
为研究《洞庭湖生态经济区规划》实施2 a来的建设用地现状及其变化,以2014年度土地利用现状数据库成果为基础,结合2015年度土地利用变化遥感监测成果,利用GIS技术开展了建设用地现状遥感调查和年度用地变化对比分析研究。结果表明:(1)2014年底洞庭湖生态经济区的建设用地占比高出全省建设用地占全省国土面积比例1.69个百分点,但主要是村庄和水利设施占比较高,城市用地、铁路用地等甚至低于全省平均水平;(2)2015年建设用地面积较2014年有所增加,主要以交通建设、建制镇建设和城市建设为主体,体现了城市化建设进程。
Based on the land use current situation database achievements in 2014, combined with the remote sensing monitoring results of land use change in 2015, this paper used GIS technology to research the current situation and changes of construction land of Dongting Lake ecological economic zone planning put into effect. The results show that(1) the proportion of construction land to total area of Dongting Lake ecological economic zone is higher than the Hunan Province for 1.69, which mainly are village and water conservancy facilities, the urban and railway even lower than the average level of province.(2) The area of construction land increase in 2015 contrast to 2014, mainly because of the construction of transportation road, town and urban, which reflects the process of urbanization.
