摘要
目的观察复方角菜酸酯栓对混合痔术后水肿、疼痛的临床疗效。方法180例混合痔患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组90例。对照组患者术后给予凡士林油纱布覆盖创面治疗，观察组患者术后给予复方角菜酸酯栓治疗，观察比较2组患者临床治疗疗效，统计分析治疗后疼痛VAS评分、水肿症状积分及疼痛缓解时间、水肿症状缓解时间、创面愈合时间、不良反应等指标。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有有效率（95.56%）显著高于对照组患者（85.56%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组患者在治疗后1d、3d和7d疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而水肿症状积分在治疗后3d和7d显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且观察组患者疼痛缓解时间、水肿症状缓解时间和创面愈合时间显著短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论复方角菜酸酯栓能够有效缓解混合痔术后水肿和疼痛等并发症，同时能够缩短病程，促进创面愈合，疗效安全。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of compound carraghenates cream on edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods180cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids divided into the observation group and the control group,90cases in each group accordingto the random number table method.The control group was treated with Vaseline oil gauze to cover wounds after operation,and the observation groupwas treated with compound carraghenates cream after operation.The clinical efficacy,VAS pain score,the edema symptom scores and the pain relieftime,edema symptom relief time,the wound healing time,untoward effect were compared and observed after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.56%vs85.56%)(P<0.05).The VAS pain scores of the observation group on the1st day,3rd day and7th day after treatment were significantly lower than those of the controlgroup(P<0.05),and the edema symptom scores on the3rd day and7th day after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time for pain relief,the time for edema relief and the wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound carraghenates cream can effectively relieve edema and pain after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,and it also can shorten the course of disease and promote wound healing with safety.
