摘要
目的研究分析基础胰岛素联合阿卡波糖对比预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效和安全性。方法选取本院2015年3月~2016年8月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组患者各为50例。对照组患者给予预混胰岛素治疗，实验组患者给予基础胰岛素联合阿卡波糖。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的相关临床指标。结果经过对应的治疗后，对照组患者的空腹血糖水平为（7.56±1.13）mmol／L，实验组患者的空腹血糖水平为（7.01±0.92）mmol／L。可得，实验组患者空腹血糖水平显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者HbA1c水平为（7.01±0.82）%显著低于对照组HbA1c水平（7.45±0.91）%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对照组50例患者中，20例患者出现低血糖，低血糖发生率为40.0%显著高于实验组患者低血糖发生率为14.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基础胰岛素联合阿卡波糖对比预混胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病临床治疗效果较好，降血糖作用显著，安全性较高，具有临床进一步推广和应用的意义。
Objective To study the analysis of insulin glargine combined with acarbose in type2diabetes compared with pre mixed insulintreatment efficacy and safety.Methods100patients with type2diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from March2015to August2016wereselected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with50patients in each group.The control group were treated withpremixed insulin treatment,the experimental group were treated with basal insulin combined with acarbose.The clinical indexes of the experimentalgroup and the control group were compared and analyzed.Results After the corresponding treatment,the fasting blood glucose level of the controlgroup was(7.56±1.13)nmol/L,and the fasting blood glucose level of the experimental group was(7.01±0.92)nmol/L.The level of fastingblood glucose in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The level ofHbA1c in the experimental group was(7.01±0.82)%,significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of HbA1c(7.45±0.91)%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Among the50patients in the control group,hypoglycemia occurred in20patients,the incidence of hypoglycemiawas40%,significantly higher than that in the experimental group,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was14%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Basal insulin combined with acarbose compared with premixed insulin treatment of type2diabetes treatment can significantlyhypoglycemic effect,high safety,with further clinical promotion and application significance.
