摘要
文章对增压器卡滞的原因进行了详细地调查分析,发现曲柄及衬套材料耐腐蚀性差是主要原因。解决措施是更改材料,并使用A特征。对优化方案再次进行试验验证,未再次出现卡滞现象,说明整改效果明显。
The article had a detailed investigation and analysis on turbocharger clamp.Poor corrosion resistance on the crankand liner material was the main reason.The solution was to change the material and use A structure.Finally the optimizedmeasures were tested,and turbocharger clamp wasn’t recurred.It was indicated that rectification effect is obvious.
