摘要
通过建立汽车侧门把手及侧门锁系统数学模型,将侧门把手耐碰撞的力学分析通过计算公式进行表达,然后将计算公式列入计算模块,通过计算模块可以快速准确的找到耐侧碰分析的最优设计。通过模块计算,可使方案设计更准确、更高效,减小了侧门耐碰撞设计的复杂性,使得设计计算和设计校核过程变得更简便快捷。
Through the establishment of automobile door handles and door lock system mathematical model,the side doorhandles anti-collision mechanics analysis is expressed through calculation formula,and then with the formulas,thecalculation module can find resistance to lateral touch analysis of optimal design rapidly and exactly.By means of modulecalculation,the scheme design can be more accurate and more efficient,which reduces the complexity of the design of theside door anti-collision and makes the design calculation and the design check process easier and faster.
