摘要
为了提高专业学位研究生培养质量,科学合理的评价专业学位研究生的培养水平,必须建立健全毕业跟踪反馈体系,通过对建筑与土木工程专业学位研究生毕业生进行毕业跟踪调查,分析了毕业生对自身能力评价、就业满意度等情况和对学校培养工作的意见与建议,并走访调查了部分毕业生所在单位,了解用人单位对毕业生以能力评价、满意度和对学校培养工作的意见与建议,并把反馈分析结果用于指导专业学位研究生培养方案的持续改进,从而实现专业学位研究生的培养质量的持续提高。
In order to improve the education quality of professional degree postgraduate,we must establish and perfect the tracking system of postgraduate.Through the studied of tracking system of professional degree graduates of Architecture And civil engineering and the survey and analysis in their own ability and satisfaction of employment and comments and suggestions on the training work of the school of graduates,investigated some graduates of the units,understood the employers of graduates with ability evaluation,satisfaction and suggestions on school training work,then the feedback information is analyzed,and the analysis results are used to develop continuous improvement scheme of guidance of professional degree students,as a result,to achieve the continuous improvement of the quality of professional degree graduates.
