摘要
制动器是确保电梯正常运行的重要零件,制动器的质量将会直接影响电梯在运行和工作过程中的安全性能。在正常运行的过程中,电梯发生溜车情况时有发生。电梯出现溜车的原因主要是由于制动器存在附加松闸力或者本身的制动力较差所致。当制动器一旦出现任何安全隐患,电梯将难以正常运行,甚至影响人员的财产安全和生命安全。该文通过对电梯制动器的检测方法进行详细探究,并以此为基础提出有效的安全管理对策。
Brake is an important part of ensuring the normal operation of the elevator,the quality will directly affect the safety performance of the elevator brake in operation and work process.In the process of the normal operation of the elevator,car slipping occurs.Lift causes of vehicle braking force is mainly caused by poor in the presence of additional brake loosefloodgate when the brakeforce or itself.If there are any safety hazards,the elevator will be difficult to normal operation,and even affect the personnel safety and the safety of property.This paper explores the detection method for the elevator brake,and proposes effective safety management measures.
