摘要
研究房屋框架结构的内场爆破应用LS-DYNA软件的程式和方法,对四层房屋框架结构在不同炸药量作用下的爆破进行仿真模拟,爆破模型采用流固耦合模拟方法,在前处理软件hypermesh14.0中建立有限元模型,调用ansys apdl product launch的DYNA求解器进行求解分析,研究不同炸药量作用下房屋框架结构的位移、等效应力的响应过程,以及不同炸药量下房屋框架结构各层的加速度、速度的动力响应过程。研究结果表明:距离炸药最近的部位在爆破瞬间容易直接被炸失效;房屋框架结构主要的损坏作用来自于与炸药的直接接触面;当炸药量较大时,房屋框架所产生的较大加速度响应导致房屋框架立柱失效。
The method to build finite element model for the simulation and analysis of house frame under internal blasting is discussed.The blasting of four floor house frame under different weight explosive is simulated,the model using the Interaction fluid-structure method,and the finite model is built in processes software hypermesh14.0,and solver by the ls-dyna in ansys apdl product launch,the displacement and von-mises of the house frame under different weight explosive is discussed,and the vibration accelerated velocity and velocity of the house frame under different weight explosive is discussed.The research indicates that the easiest failure part is the one nearest the explosive at the explosive moment,the main damage of the house frame come from the directly facing part with the explosive at the explosive moment,and the accelerated velocity of the house frame causes the failure of the pillars.
