摘要
结合目前国内外温度传感器的应用及其检定现状,设计一种温度传感器性能检定系统。介绍温度传感器性能检定系统总体设计,给出数据采集系统的设计思想,选用先进的集成数据采集卡和工控机软件Labwindows/CVI,详细阐述温度传感器性能检定系统的软硬件系统方案设计。结果表明:该系统能降低成本,注重设备的实用性,充分挖掘人的潜力,实现温度传感器性能检定的微机化和自动化。
Based on the current application and verification of temperature sensor at home and abroad,design the temperature sensor performance test system.Introduce the design of temperature sensor performance test system,put forwards design idea of data collection system,choose advanced integrated data collection card and industrial computer software Labwindows/CVI,introduce software and hardware system design of temperature sensor performance test system in detail.The results show the system can reduce cost,and pay more attention to application,and develop personnel potential to realize micro size and automation of temperature sensor performance detection.
