超声诊断乳腺肿块微钙化的临床效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究超声诊断乳腺肿块微钙化的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的40例乳腺肿块微钙化患者(观察组)和40例良性乳腺肿块患者(对照组)作为观察对象,所有患者均于2015年6月-2016年12月在我院接受诊治。两组患者的一般资料做对比,在年龄、居住地、婚姻状态职业、输血史、文化程度等方面,两组差异不明显,两组有可对比性。分别对两组患者进行超声诊断,分别观察两组患者中肿块的超声显示率,并分析超声诊断在乳腺肿块微钙化中的应用价值。结果:观察组中,显示周边钙化、内部钙化的病例数分别为25例、14例,无钙化的为1例;对照组中,显示周边钙化、内部钙化的病例数分别为19例和11例,无钙化的为10例。两组患者的超声显示率进行比较得出的差异显著(χ~2=8.5382;P<0.05);同时,两组患者的年龄、肿块大小等无明显差异(P>0.05),可见超声诊断乳腺肿块微钙化的过程中不受患者年龄、肿块大小等的影响。结论:超声诊断乳腺肿块微钙化的临床效果较好,患者的钙化情况能够得到较准确的诊断结果,且不会受到年龄、肿块大小等外界因素的影响,具有较高的应用价值,值得在临床进行推广。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound in the diagnosis of microcalcification in breast lumps.Methods:40cases of microcalcifications patients with breast lumps(the observation group)and40cases of benign breast masses(the control group)were selected as research subjects;all the patients were treated in our hospital from June2015to December2016.The general data of the two groups were compared.In the aspects of age,place of residence,marital status,occupation,blood transfusion history and education level,the difference between the two groups was not significant,and the two groups were comparable.Ultrasound diagnosis of two groups of patients was carried out respectively.The ultrasonic findings of the masses in the two groups were observed,and the diagnostic value of ultrasound in microcalcification of breast masses was analyzed.Results:In the observation group,there were25cases of peripheral calcification and14cases of internal calcification,1case was without calcification,and in the control group,there were19cases of peripheral calcification and11cases of internal calcification,10cases were without calcification.The difference of ultrasound display rate between the two groups was significant(χ2=8.5382;P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the age and size of breast lumps of two groups(P>0.05),which indicated that ultrasonic diagnosis of microcalcification in breast masses was independent of age and size of the tumor.Conclusion:Ultrasound had good clinical effect in the diagnosis of microcalcification in breast lumps,patients with calcification could be more accurately diagnosed,which would not be affected by age,tumor size and other external factors,it was of high application value and was worthy of clinical promotion.
