摘要
目的筛选吉非替尼片pH6.8溶出试验区分力曲线。方法采用高效液相色谱外标法测定吉非替尼片的溶解性并测定pH 6.8的1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%浓度吐温80介质的溶出曲线。结果吉非替尼在5%吐温80介质中溶解度为0.70mg/mL且45min溶出达到85%以上。结论吉非替尼片采用5%吐温pH 6.8介质具有区分能力。
Objective Selecting the dissolution curve of Gefitinib which is discriminative.Methods The drug solubility of gefitinib were determined by HPLC.Tween80in1%,2%,3%,4%,5%and6%concentration and in pH6.8were selected as dissolution media.Results The solubility of Gefitinib in5%tween80concentration is0.70mg/mL.The dissolution is more than85%within45minutes.Conclusion The5%tween80dissolution curve of gefitinib is discriminative.
