摘要
针对传统清洗方法在清洗装备电路板时效率低、清洗效果不佳、环境污染大、清洗成本高和能源消耗大等缺点,给出了一种电路板超声波清洗技术的实现方案.该方案采取多组对比实验的方法对影响超声波清洗效率的清洗液温度、清洗液浓度和清洗功率3个关键技术参数进行了实验分析.实验结果表明,与传统清洗方法相比,该超声波清洗方案具有快速、高效、不损坏电路板的优点.这对军用装备中电路板的清洗具有实用价值.
The traditional method for cleaning equipment printed circuit board(PCB)has many shortcomings such as low efficiency,poor cleaning effect,serious environmental pollution,high cleaning cost,great energy consumption and so on.This paper presents an implementation scheme for ultrasonic cleaning of equipment PCB to solve the mentioned problems.The proposed scheme adopts the methods of multi-group contrast experiment to make experimental analyses to the3key technology parameters concerning cleaning solution temperature,concentration and cleaning power which affect ultrasonic cleaning efficiency.The experimental result shows that the ultrasonic cleaning is faster and more efficient,and that it does not cause damage to the PCB,hence the utility value for the cleaning of circuit boards in the military equipment.
