摘要
教学评价作为高等教育生态系统的一个子系统,主要是在各评价主体的评价活动和与外部高校制度环境之间的相互作用中实现其服务与改进教学、促进教师与学生发展、提高教学质量的生态系统功能。高校教学评价普遍出现生态错位,其诱因主要是"新公共管理运动"在高等教育领域蔓延,绩效和问责的管理主义在高校大行其道,不断强化的高校行政管理运行逻辑及以工具理性为主导的外部环境。要促进教学评价回归基本生态功能,必须推动教学的多元价值融合,转换教学评价的行为方式,构建和谐共享的教学生态环境。
As a subsystem of the ecosystem,teaching evaluation is the interaction between the internal evaluationactivities and the external institutional environment,in which it realizes its function in ecosystem,such as working forteaching improvement,promoting the growth of teachers and students,improving teaching quality.However,the teachingevaluation ecosystem develops in the wrong direction under the“new public management movement”in higher education.To return to the basic ecological functions of teaching evaluation,it would be a feasible way to create a multiple valueintegration of teaching,to transform the behavioral ecological paradigm of teaching evaluation,and to construct anecological environment conducive to teaching.
