摘要
为解决2 000 m^3高炉热风炉热风支管局部内衬严重损坏坍塌的问题,采用高炉不休风工艺,对该热风支管内衬制定了较为彻底的处理方案,完成了热风支管内衬在线修复工作。修复后使用一年多以来,管壳温度正常,热风支管使用效果良好,保证了热风炉及高炉的安全生产,取得了较好的经济效益。
In order to resolve the problem of serious local damage and collapsing at the hot air branch pipe lining of2000m3BF,non-shutdown process was adopted at the blast furnace and a thorough handling plan formulated for hot air branch pipe lining to complete the repair work.Since one year's operation after the repair,the temperature of pipe casing was normal and good effect achieved at hot air branch pipe.The safe production at hot blast stove and blast furnace was ensured and good economic effect achieved.
