摘要
通过介绍管子先焊后弯法兰预转角的三角函数计算方法和法向量计算方法,根据数控弯管机弯曲加工管子的流程,归纳总结出样杆模拟验证法,用以验证管子先焊后弯法兰预转角计算结果的正确性。该计算和验证方法可为管子先焊后弯加工工艺奠定基础,提高管子的弯曲质量。
This paper elaborates the flange pre-rotation angle calculation for the pipes welded before bending based on trigonometric computing method and normal vector computing method,and suggests to use the sample rod simulation method to verify the result of flange pre-rotation angle calculation according to the pipe bending process of the NC pipe bending machine.In this way,the study lays the foundation for the processing technology of the pipes welded before bending,and improves the quality of the products.
