摘要
从智慧城市的直接建设者角度出发,结合中新天津生态城发展和建设的实际情况,提出中新天津生态城建设指导思想、建设原则、核心建设内容及建设与运行模式,剖析其实际的功能与性能需求。全面分析了基于天空地一体化的智慧城市建设的需求和基础,针对中新天津生态城建设所面临的问题,综合基本架构、集成能力、可扩展性、数据交互标准和信息安全规范等因素,提出能适应功能需求不断变化的智慧城市系统架构和按功能分层的智慧城市运营方式,为各地的智慧城市建设提供新的思路,以期为智慧城市标准化建设提供指导,体现智慧城市标准化建设"可复制"和"可推广"的理念。
This article starts from the view of a participator of the definition and construction goal of smart city,and combines with actual situation of SINO-SINGAPORE TIANJIN ECO-CITY development,then puts forward of guiding ideology,construction principle,core construction content and construction&operation mode of smart city's construction in ECO-CITY.To deal with the problems during the development of ECO-CITY,we proposed the system construction and operational mode of smart city with basic construction,data exchange,data security and so on,which can provide a guidance for the construction of smart city standardization and reflect the concepts of"reproducible"and"propagable".
