摘要
《神曲》问世七百年来研究者众,但仍有许多问题或存争议,或成悬疑,或是未解之谜,而"三"、"七"、"九"、"十"等数字的象征意义尤为重要,是解读这部世界名著的关键所在。因此,探讨数字背后的宗教指向,揭示中世纪基督教文化对但丁思想及创作的影响,就能理解但丁肩负历史使命的自觉,以及他寻找新生之路的献身精神和由此开启的文艺复兴时代精神。
For about700years after the publishing of“the Divine Comedy”,many a scholar has engaged themselves in research into this opus.And there still exist many problems unsolved.Predicated upon the symbolic numbers like“3”,“7”,“9”,and“10”,this paper endeavors to explore the religious orientation of these numbers,revealing the impact of the Christian culture during the Middle Ages upon Dante’s thought and his creativeness:Dante not only shouldered the historical responsibility,but dedicated himself to seeking the road to a new life,hence opening up the Renaissance spirit.
