摘要
目的:分析在乳腺良恶性病变患者诊断中应用超色多普勒超声和超声弹性诊断的效果。方法:搜集2014年1月~2017年1月在本院治疗的乳腺良恶性病变的患者53例,一共72个病灶,全部患者都应用超色多普勒超声和钼靶X线摄影检查诊断,对比两种方式诊断的效果。结果:钼靶X线摄影检查诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性与彩色多普勒超声相比,彩色多普勒超声高效果比较好,两种诊断方式的诊断结果相比有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺良恶性病变患者诊断中应用超色多普勒超声和钼靶X线摄影检查诊断,钼靶X线摄影检查成像的诊断效果比较好,值得应用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of super color Doppler ultrasonography and ultrasonic elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods:We collected53cases of breast cancer treated in our hospital from January2014to January2017of benign and malignant lesions of patients,a totalof72lesions,using super color Doppler ultrasound and mammography in diagnosis of all the patients,compared the effect of diagnosis in two ways.Results:Compared with mammography diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography and color Doppler ultrasound,high effect,diagnosis of two kinds of diagnosis compared with the results have significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the diagnosis of benign and malignant breastlesions,Ultra Color Doppler ultrasonography and mammography,the mammography diagnostic imaging is better and worth applying.
