摘要
国内制图单位未及时提供远海较大比例尺(大于1:100万)纸质海图,因此海军舰艇使用外版纸质海图时存在外版纸质海图与国际标准电子海图(ENC)无法配套使用的问题。在探讨英国和美国纸质海图保障模式的基础上,提出利用国际标准电子海图快速制作纸质海图,制作的纸质海图与国际标准电子海图配套使用,实现海军舰艇远洋航行时纸质海图的快速保障。
At present,it is the new normal that naval vessels have gone to high seas,but domestic cartographic unit doesn't provide large scale(greater than 1:1 000 000)paper charts on high seas.Therefore,when naval vessels use overseas paper chart,there is the problem that overseas paper chart and Electronic Navigational Chart(ENC)can't be integrated used.Based on the studies of British and American security model of paper chart,this paper rapidly made the paper chart by ENC.The paper chart and ENC were integrated used,which could realize the rapid security of the paper chart in naval vessels.
