摘要
目的本文结合医用硬性内窥镜的检测特点,以综合边缘光效的检测为例,探讨了内窥镜检测设备的测量不确定度评定方法。方法根据A类、B类不确定度的评定,分析了影响测量不确定度的主要因素,提取了检测方法中的关键参数,并对比一般内窥镜检测装置和集成化的内窥镜检测系统的不确定度测量结果。结果给出了内窥镜检测装置的设计要点。结论为进一步提高内窥镜的检测精度提供研究基础。
Objective Taking the testing of the synthetical relative effect of edge light energy as an example,this paper discussed the uncertainty analysis of endoscope testing device in combination with the feature of medical rigid optical endoscope testing.Methods According to the uncertainty determination of A and B type,the main affecting factors were analyzed and the key parameters of the testing method were extracted.We compared the uncertainty measurement results of ordinary endoscope testing device and integrated endoscope testing system.Results The essential designing elements of endoscope testing devices were provided.Conclusion Our results provide research basis for further improvement of endoscope testing accuracy.
