摘要
毛刺现象是指机械加工过程中出现的各种不符合设计要求的部分,常见的包括飞边、飞溅、棱边和尖角等。在金属切削加工中,毛刺问题是影响金属切削加工的一个最重要因素,往往是由于焊接操作不符合要求或者加工过程中出现塑性变形等导致的。为了加强金属切削加工的质量,一定要加强人们对金属切削加工毛刺问题的重视,并采取各种措施预防毛刺的产生。本文就如何对待金属切削加工中的毛刺问题进行探析,提出了各种有效措施。
Burr phenomenon appeared in the process of machiningthat do not meet the design requirements,including the common flash,splash,edges and sharp corners,in metal cutting,the burr problem isone of the most important factors affecting the machining of metal,isoften due to the welding operation does not meet the requirements or inthe process of causing plastic deformation etc..In order to strengthen thequality of metal cutting,we must strengthen the problem of burr metalcutting,and take various measures to prevent burr.This paper discusseshow to treat the burr in metal cutting,and puts forward all kinds ofeffective measures aimed at providing some reference for people.
