摘要
本文介绍了无心磨床一项重要的调整参数——工件中心高H。从无心磨床磨削原理上推导出中心高H的计算方法,阐述了工件中心高H的调整是影响工件磨削精度,特别是影响工件圆度的重要参数,论证了在磨削一些有着特殊结构或特殊磨削工艺要求的工件时,单纯按公式计算出的工件中心高理论值调整往往效果不佳,需要针对不同工件及不同磨削要求进行实际分析,在理论值基础上作出一定程度的调整,才可以获得最佳磨削精度。
In this paper,the workpiece center heigh H is studied.The workpiece center height H is the influence of the workpiecegrinding precision,especially the important parameters for affecting theroundness.According to the simple formula to calculate the workpiece,the center of high theoretical value adjustment is often ineffective,isalso needed for practical analysis according to the requirements ofdifferent parts and different grinding.The optimum grinding accuracycan be obtained by adjusting the theoretical value to a certain extent.
