摘要
以小型PLC控制器为主控制单元,配合启停按键,液位传感器,电磁阀,电动机等辅助元器件设计自动供液系统。该系统能够实现自动配置冷却清洗液,供应倒角机使用。改进后的系统节省配液时间、提高清洗质量,进而延长倒角机载台寿命,提高设备使用率和产品的良率,降低维护成本。
Using small PLC controller as the main control unit,with automatic start or stop button,liquid level sensor,solenoid valve,motor and other auxiliary components,we designed automatic feeding system.The system can realize automatic configuration of cooling cleaning liquid and supply chamfering machine.The improved system saves the liquid distribution time and improves the cleaning quality,thereby prolonging the life of the chamfering station,improving the utilization ratio of the equipment and the yield of the products,and reducing the maintenance cost.
