摘要
随着大气臭氧层变薄,到达地球表面的紫外辐射强度增加进而影响作物生长发育。以粳稻沈农265为材料,研究盆栽水稻灌浆期剑叶光合特性和抗氧化能力对UV-B辐射增强的响应。试验设自然光照(CK)、UV-B辐射增强5%(T1)和10%(T2)共3个处理。研究结果表明,与自然光照相比,UV-B辐射增强使水稻剑叶净光合速率Pn、叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、ETR值均降低;膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量增加,T2处理对剑叶细胞膜伤害较重,3个测定时期MAD分别较CK增加了34.90%、23.00%和19.54%;抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性及抗氧化物质As A和GSH含量除在抽穗后7d增加外,其余均表现为降低。水稻剑叶净光合速率对UV-B辐射胁迫的敏感性高于PSⅡ反应中心,尤其是在灌浆中期,T1和T2处理下Pn分别较CK下降了13.07%和28.54%。结果说明UV-B辐射胁迫可能主要通过加速叶片膜脂过氧化而抑制灌浆期水稻剑叶光合作用。
The U V-B radiation on the surface of plants has been enhanced due to gradual thinning of ozone layer,which hasdeleterious effects on the growth and developm ent of plants.With japonica rice variety Shennong265as an experimentalm aterials,we studied the effects of increasing U V-B radiation on photosynthetic characteristics changes and anti-oxidation of flagleaves at filling stage under the condition of pot-grow n rice.Three treatm ents were conducted as natural light(CK),enhancedU V-B radiation5%(T1)and enhanced U V-B radiation10%(T2).With the increase of U V-B radiation,the net photosyntheticrate(Pn),chlorophyll fluorescence param eters Fv/Fm,OPS域,ETR decreased.The content of mem brane lipid peroxidation(MDA)increased,and more severe injury on flag leaf cell mem brane occurred under T2treatm ent,com pared with CK,the content ofMDA having increased by34.90%,23.00%and19.50%respectively in the3m easurem ents.The activity of antioxidant enzymesSOD,CAT,POD,and content of antioxidants AsA and GSH increased at7days after heading,then significantly decreasedcom pared with those of CK.In addition,the sensitivity of rice flag leaf net photosynthetic rate to U V-B radiation stress washigher than that of photosystem II reaction center.Especially in the m iddle-stage of filling,Pn under Tj and T2treatm ents waslower than that of CK by13.07%and28.54%.It was concluded that U V-B radiation stress may inhibit the photosynthesis ofrice flag leaves by accelerating mem brane lipid peroxidation.
