摘要
目的探讨优化护理流程在精神科病房中的应用效果。方法按患者住院不同阶段设计标准护理流程,护士根据相应的内容对患者实施系统化、标准化的责任制整体护理。分别选取实施干预前(2014年1月—6月)76例患者和实施干预后(2014年7月—12月)78例患者为对照组和观察组,比较优化护理流程前后病房基础护理质量、患者对护理工作满意度和治疗依从性。结果实施优化护理流程后,观察组基础护理质量评分高于实施前(P<0.01)。观察组患者满意度和服药依从性均高于实施前P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论精神科病房实施优化护理流程,可提高基础护理质量,改善患者治疗依从性,体现了优质护理服务的专业内涵。
Objective To evaluate the optimized nursing procedure in nursing care of patientsfrom psychiatry ward.Methods The nursing procedure based on hospitalization flow was carriedout in the psychiatry ward.Totally76patients selected between January,2014and June,2014and78patients selected between July,2014and December,2014were assigned to the controlgroup and the observation group respectively.The quality of nursing,satisfaction degree of patientsand medication compliance were evaluated and compared between two groups.ResultsThe score of nursing quality assessment was higher after implementation of optimized nursing procedurethan that before implementation(P<0.01).Patients in the observation group had highersatisfaction degree and medication compliance compared with those in the control group(P<0.05or P<0.01).Conclusion Optimized nursing procedure is an effective tool to improve the nursingquality and medication compliance in psychiatry ward.
