摘要
江苏省盐南中等专业学校在学生教育管理过程中,坚持以生为本,打造"闪亮"教育品牌,认真实施四项工程,建设富有特色和个性的校园文化,完善制度体系,提高常规管理效能,促进学校内涵的提升,取得了明显的教育成效。
In the student education management process,Jiangsu Yannan Specialized SecondarySchool adheres to be student oriented to build the brand of“shining”education and implement thefour projects.It constructs the school culture with characteristics and individuality,improves thesystem,promotes the efficiency of routine management and the school’s connotation construction,andhas achieved remarkable results.
