摘要
现代烟草农业发展离不开烟叶生产主体的现代化。在分析烟农职业化内涵和特点的基础上,运用因子分析法构建烟农职业化评定指标体系,并应用该指标体系对贵州省烟农进行研究认为,我省烟农的职业化水平还不高,能够直接开展评定的职业烟农比例仅3成左右。种烟比较效益低、土地流转困难、信贷资金缺乏、烟农保障机制不健全是制约贵州省烟农职业化发展的主要因素。据此提出切实增加烟农收入、精心指导烟地合理流转、试点开展信贷支持服务、建立健全职业烟农保障体系等对策建议。
The development of modern tobacco agriculture is inseparable from the modernization of tobacco producing subject.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of tobacco growers'professionalization,this paper employed factor analysis to establish an evaluation index system and applied it to tobacco growers in Guizhou Province.The results showed that:tobacco growers'professional level is not high in our province,with only about30%of tobacco growers being able to participate in the assessment directly.The main factors constraining tobacco growers'professionalization are low comparative benefits of tobacco planting,difficulty in land circulation,lack of credit funds and good tobacco growers'security mechanism.In view of the above,some suggestions were put forward:to increase tobacco growers'income literally,guide tobacco field circulation carefully,actualize the pilot project of credit support service,establish and perfect guarantee system of professional tobacco farmers.
