摘要
在激光冲击技术的基础上,提出一种木工圆锯片适张方法——激光冲击适张法。这种方法是利用高功率密度激光束产生的高压等离子体冲击波作用于圆锯片表面的局部区域,使其产生局部塑性变形进而生成适张应力场,产生适张效果。对木工圆锯片激光冲击适张装置的激光器、外光路和装夹工作台三个主要组成部分进行了介绍,阐述了它们的工作原理以及设计思路,可为后续的样机研制提供技术支持。
Based on the laser shock technology,a laser shock tensioning method,also known as a laser shock tensioning method is proposed for woodworking circular saw blades.This method involves applying the high pressure plasma shock wave generated by high-power density laser beam to the local surface area of a circular saw blade to cause local plastic deformation,followed by the generation of a tensioning stress field and the formation of a tensioning effect.The three main components of the laser shock tensioning device of woodworking circular saw blades,i.e.laser,reflector path and clamping worktable,are introduced,with the their working principles and design ideas introduced,which can provide technical support for subsequent prototype research and development.
