摘要
本文建立了经济器常见的流道模型,分析了各个流道布置对经济器换热量和压降的影响。当采用下游取液时,经济器换热量增加5%,蒸发侧压降降低20%,但主侧压降增加10%。文中结论对于经济器的设计和性能分析具有指导意义。
In this paper,the common economizer models were developed,and the effect of refrigerant flow onthe economizer capacity and pressure drop was analyzed.When use downstream liquid-taking,the economizercapacity increases by5%,and the evaporating-side pressure drop decreases by20%,whereas the main-sidepressure drop increases by10%.The conclusion can be used for reference during economizer design andperformance analysis.
