摘要
目的:探讨复方小柴胡汤对干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎常见不良反应的干预作用。方法:选取我院收治的慢性丙型肝炎患者71例进行统计分析,根据治疗方式分为对照组35例和观察组36例,对照组患者予以干扰素治疗,观察组患者在此基础上实施复方小柴胡汤治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者4周、6周的HCV、RNA转阴例数明显多于对照组(χ~2=8.965,P<0.05);两组患者0周外周血中性粒细胞及白细胞水平无明显差异(P>0.05),4周、12周、24周外周血中性粒细胞及白细胞水平对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方小柴胡汤对干扰素治疗慢性丙型肝炎常见不良反应的干预作用突出,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate effects of the Xiaochaihu decoction on adverse reactions from treating chronic hepatitis C withinterferon.Methods:71patients were randomly divided into the control group(35cases)and observation group(36cases).The controlgroup was treated with interferon.The observation group was treated with Xiaochaihu decoction more.Results:The numbers of HCVand RNA genotypes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(χ2=8.965,P<0.05).In4weeks,12weeks and24weeks,there were significant differences in peripheral blood neutrophils and white blood cells between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of neutrophils and white blood cells in peripheral blood of patients between groups in4weeks,12weeks and24weeks were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaochaihu decoction on adverse reactions from treating chronic hepatitisC with interferon shows a prominent effect,is worthy of promotion.
