摘要
目的:观察分析中医护理对血液透析肾病(NS)患者相关症状及生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2015年2月-2016年2月收治的84例血液透析肾病患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者接受中医护理,讨论两组患者干预效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为90.48%,高于对照组的73.81%;生理、心理、社会功能、精神健康评分较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:针对血液透析肾病患者实施中医护理,有利于缓解疾病症状,提高患者生活质量,保障血透效果,具有重要的应用价值。
Objective:To observe the effect of TCM nursing on the related symptoms and quality of life in hemodialysis nephropathypatients.Methods:84patients were divided into the observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The observation group receivedTCM nursing.Results:The efficiency was90.48%in the observation group,higher than73.81%in the control group.The scores ofphysical,psychological,social and mental health were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Forpatients with hemodialysis nephropathy,TCM nursing is helpful to alleviate the symptoms of the disease.
