摘要
目的探讨手术室护理干预对患者术后肺部感染率的影响。方法选取2015年5月—2017年5月在我院接受手术治疗的214例患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成研究组与对照组,每组107例;给予对照组常规护理干预,给予研究组手术室护理干预,比较两组患者手术后的肺部感染率以及患者的护理满意度。结果患者均通过手术治疗后,研究组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.007 6),术后肺部感染率低于对照组(P=0.014 5),差异均具有统计学意义。结论对手术患者实施手术室护理能够有效降低患者术后肺部感染率,增加患者的护理满意度,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing room intervention on postoperative pulmonary infection rate.Methods214patients who underwent surgical treatment from May2015to May2017were selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.There were107cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given to the control group.The intervention groupwas given to the study group,the lung infection rate and the patient's nursing satisfaction were compared.Results After treatment,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.0076).The rate of postoperative pulmonary infection was lower than that of the control group(P=0.0145),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The operation of the operation room can effectively reduce the postoperative pulmonary infection rate and increase the patients'nursing satisfaction,and has high clinical application value.
