摘要
目的分析急性右下腹痛应用超声诊断的临床价值。方法选取2014年2月—2017年5月我院收治的62例急性右下腹疼痛患者作为观察对象,采用超声予以检查和诊断,并将病理检查结果作为评定标准,对超声诊断结果进行评定。结果病理检查结果显示,62例患者中输尿管结石6例,急性阑尾炎27例,肠道疾病14例,妇科疾病15例,超声诊断符合率分别为100.0%、96.3%、92.9%、93.3%。超声诊断结果与病理结果进行统计比较,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声对急性右下腹痛具有重要的诊断价值,可为临床明确病因和合理选择治疗方案提供参考和借鉴。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis of acute right lower abdominal pain.Methods From February2014to May2017,62patients with acute right lower quadrant pain in our hospital were selected as observation objects.Ultrasonography was used for examination and diagnosis,and the pathological findings were used as the evaluation criteria to evaluate the results of ultrasonic diagnosis.Results The pathological examination showed that there were6cases of ureteral calculi in62cases,27cases of acute appendicitis,14cases of intestinal diseases,15cases of gynecological diseases,and the diagnostic accuracy rate of ultrasonography was100.0%,96.3%,92.9%and93.3%respectively.The results of ultrasound diagnosis were compared with the pathological results,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography has important diagnostic value for acute right lower abdominal pain.It can provide a reference for clinical reasons and reasonable treatment options.
