摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合醒脑静对高血压脑出血的治疗效果。方法选择我院收治的高血压脑出血患者224例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各112例。两组患者均给予依达拉奉治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用醒脑静治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组神经功能缺损情况及意识状态均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均下降,GCS评分均提高,其中观察组变化幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论使用依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗高血压脑出血可显著改善患者神经功能损伤及意识状态,具有较佳的临床疗效,安全性高。
Objective To explore the effects of edaravone plus Xingnaojing injection for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods224cases with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into observation group(n=112)and control group(n=112)randomly.All the cases were taken edaravone and the observation group was added Xingnaojing injection.The clinical effects and adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference of defect of nerve system and consciousness between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,The NIHSS score was decreased and GCS score was improved in the two groups.The changes in observation group were more significant than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was higher than control group,the difference with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion The combination of edaravone and Xingnaojing injection can significantly improve neurological function in patients with injury and hypertensive cerebral consciousness,it has better clinical efficacy and high safety.
