摘要
目的分析盆底超声在女性盆底功能障碍引起便秘患者中的诊断效果及应用价值。方法选取2016年1月~2016年12月医院收治120例盆底功能障碍引起便秘的女性患者作为观察对象,所有患者均使用盆底三维超声进行检查,通过非手术生物反馈治疗及电刺激治疗以及手术治疗结果进行比较,再次应用动态三维超声进行检查,分析盆底超声的诊断准确率。结果盆底超声检验发现,120例患者中有36例膀胱脱垂、47例子宫脱垂、12例直肠前突、3例直肠内套叠、4例肠疝、5例会阴下降、13例盆底失弛缓综合征,其中98例通过非手术治疗后,患者于静息状态及Valsalva动作时肛提肌裂隙横轴、纵轴和面积均比治疗前减小,脏器脱垂程度减轻;克里夫兰便秘评分比治疗前低(P<0.01)。结论盆底超声在女性盆底功能障碍引起便秘患者中具有较好的诊断效果,属于一种可重复的无创有效检查方法,并且能够指导盆底重建和修补手术的进行,具有较高的应用价值,值得在临床中推广使用。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic effect and application value of pelvic floor ultrasonography infemale patients with pelvic floor dysfunction caused by constipation.Methods From January2016to December2016,120patients with constipation caused by pelvic floor dysfunction were selected as the subjects.All patientswere examined by three-dimensional ultrasonography of pelvic floor.The patients were treated with non-surgicalbiofeedback therapy and electrical stimulation As well as the results of surgical treatment were compared.Then,dynamic three-dimensional ultrasound was used to check,and the pelvic ultrasound diagnostic accuracy wasanalyzed.Results In120casesof patients,pelvic ultrasonography showed that there were36cases of bladderprolapse,47cases of uterine prolapse,12cases of rectocele,3cases of rectal intussusception,4cases of intestinalhernia,5cases of perineum decreased,13cases Pelvic floor achalasia syndrome.Among the120patients,98cases bynon-surgical treatment,the patient in resting state and Valsalva action levator ani muscle transverse axis,verticalaxis and area than before treatment to reduce the degree of reduction of organ off(P<0.01).Conclusion Pelvicultrasonography has a good diagnostic effect in patients with constipation caused by pelvic floor dystrophy.It belongsto a repeatable noninvasive method,and it can guide the reconstruction of pelvic floor and repair the operation.It has ahigh application Value,and it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
