摘要
目的探讨前壁软骨切除联合分区引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效。方法选择本院2015年11月~2016年11月100例耳廓假性囊肿患者,采取随机的方式并经伦理委员会通过,分为对照组与观察组,对照组采取分区引流治疗,观察组采取前壁软骨切除联合分区引流治疗,对比两组患者各项症状情况、耳廓症状改善情况及预后情况。结果观察组患者各项指标情况(治疗时间、疼痛时间)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者耳廓症状改善情况(局部肿胀感、局部瘙痒、局部灼烧感、局限性的隆起)。明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者预后情况(愈合、并发症、复发)显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取前壁软骨切除联合分区引流治疗耳廓假性囊肿患者,具有较好的效果,且安全性较高,值得广泛应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of anterior wall cartilage resection combined with regionaldrainage in treatment of auricle pseudocyst.Methods100cases of pseudocyst of auricle in our hospital fromNovember2015to November2016were selected and divided into control group and observation group accordingto a random approach and passing by the ethics committee.Patients in control group were treated with divisionaldrainage,and patients in observation group were treated with anterior wall cartilage resection combined with regionaldrainage.The symptoms,the improvement of auricle symptoms and prognosis were analyzed of the two groups werecompared.Results The indexes(treatment time and pain time)of the observation group were better than those of thecontrol group,P<0.05.The improvement of auricle symptoms(local swelling sensation,local itching,local burningsensation and localized swelling)in observation group.Obviously better than the control group,P<0.05.The prognosis(healing,complications and recurrence)of the observation group was significantly better than that of the controlgroup,P<0.05.Conclusion The anterior wall cartilage resection combined with regional drainage in the treatmentof auricle pseudocyst is effective and safe.It is worthy of extensive application.
