摘要
为了提高火箭弹全弹电阻检测的生产效率及操作的安全保障性,对火箭弹全弹电阻检测监视系统进行研究。介绍火箭弹全弹电阻检测监视系统的工作流程,详细分析系统各部件的运动原理、结构设计及安全可靠性设计等。研究结果表明:该系统各部分连锁装置稳定可靠,各部件运动自如,无卡滞现象,检测的电阻值有效率高达99%。
For improving work efficiency of rocket bomb resistance detection and monitor system and ensuring worksafety,research on rocket bomb resistance detection and monitor system.Introduce work flow,analyze operation principleof every parts,structure design and safety reliability design in detail.The research results show that the system interlockdevice is stable and reliable.The parts are operating smoothly without seizure.The effective percentage for detectedresistance value is reach99%.
