摘要
目的:分析LED红蓝光联合创福康胶原贴治疗面部痤疮的护理。方法:将2016年2月-2017年2月84例面部痤疮患者根据就诊编号随机分两组,分别为对照组42例、综合组42例。所有患者采用LED红蓝光联合创福康胶原贴治疗,在此基础上,对照组实施常规护理干预,综合组则实施综合护理干预。比较两组面部痤疮治疗总有效率;护理满意度评分、半年内复发再次就诊次数、治疗费用;干预前后患者面部痤疮瘢痕权重评分、SAS评分、QOL评分;皮肤灼痛、红斑等并发症发生率。结果:综合组面部痤疮治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;综合组护理满意度评分高于对照组,半年内复发再次就诊次数、治疗费用低于对照组,P<0.05;干预前两组面部痤疮瘢痕权重评分、SAS评分、QOL评分相近,P>0.05;干预后综合组面部痤疮瘢痕权重评分、SAS评分、QOL评分优于对照组,P<0.05。综合组皮肤灼痛、红斑等并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:LED红蓝光联合创福康胶原贴治疗面部痤疮效果确切,辅以综合护理,可有效改善患者病情,减少并发症的发生,有效改善患者焦虑情绪,减少复发再次就诊次数和治疗费用,提高患者满意度和生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the nursing of the LED red blue in the treatment of facial acne.Methods The two groups were randomly divided into two groups,42cases in the control group and42patients in the control group.All of the patients using LED red blue joint chong fu kang collagen treatment,on this basis,the control group routine nursing intervention,and maintaining the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare two groups of facial acne treatment to total effectiveness;Rate of care satisfaction,recurrence of recurrence in half a year,treatment cost;Before and after the intervention,the subjects were given a weight rating,SAS scores,and QOL scores.Complication rate of skin burning,erythema etc.Results Total effectiveness of acne treatment in all groups was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05;The overall group nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate and treatment cost were lower than those in the control group.The first two groups of subjects were given a weight rating,SAS scores,QOL scores similar,and P>0.05.After the intervention,the scores of scar scar weight,SAS score and QOL score were better than the control group,P<0.05.Complications of skin burning and erythema were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Joint chong fu kang LED red blue collagen treatment of facial acne effect,supplemented by comprehensive nursing,which can effectively improve the patients,reduce complications and improve patients'anxiety,reduce relapse again and treatment fees,The Times of improve patient satisfaction and quality of life,is worth promoting.
