摘要
目的分析穿支皮瓣修复治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法选取且分析本院于2016年1月-2017年1月治疗的85例手外伤软组织缺损患者资料,按照临床修复方案不同分为2组,对照组42例行胸腹带蒂皮瓣修复术,治疗组43例行穿支皮瓣修复术,对比2组时间指标水平、疗效及并发症。结果与对照组比较,治疗组抗感染治疗与愈合时间比对照组短(P<0.05);较之对照组,治疗组医治总有效概率更高(P<0.05);较之对照组,治疗组并发症总发生概率更低(P<0.05)。结论手外伤软组织缺损行穿支皮瓣修复治疗取得显著效果,可加快缺损愈合,且安全性高,临床实际应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of perforating flap for the treatment of soft tissue defect of hand trauma.Methods The data of85patients with soft tissue defects were selected and analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to the clinical rehabilitation program and42patients underwent thoracic and abdominal pedicle flap repair.The patients in the treatment group were treated with perforator flap for repair and treatment.The level of the two groups was compared with the control group.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group had shorter treatment and healing time than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective probability of treatment in the treatment group was higher(P<0.05)than that in the control group The overall incidence of complications was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of soft tissue defect with traumatic injury of the traumatic flap has achieved remarkable effect,which can speed up the healing of the defect and has high safety and high practical application value
