摘要 介绍了10000 m^3/h氧气液化装置的流程及设计参数,重点介绍了氧气液化装置在工程施工、调试和运行期间出现的问题,针对出现的问题提出了一系列的优化改造和操作改进,确保了氧气液化装置的正常投运和日常运行;最后对氧气液化装置投用时机及投用后产生的效益进行了简单介绍。 This paper introduces the process and design parameters of the10000m3/h oxygen liquefying device,with the focus on the problems occurring during engineering construction,commissioning and operation of the oxygen liquefaction device.A series of optimization modification and operation improvement measures were put forward and implemented,which ensured the normal startup and daily operation of the oxygen liquefaction facilities.Finally the commissioning time and economic benefit of the oxygen liquefaction plant were introduced.
