摘要
目的探讨阶段性护理干预人工髋关节置换术围手术期患者的临床疗效。方法 60例行人工髋关节置换术患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组应用常规护理方案,试验组在对照组的基础上联合阶段性护理干预方案,观察两组患者围手术期疼痛评分、深静脉血栓发生率及临床护理满意度。结果两组术前疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组深静脉血栓发生率3.33%(1/30)明显低于对照组20.00%(6/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意率90.00%(27/30)明显高于对照组66.67%(20/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术围手术期患者应用阶段性护理干预,临床效果理想,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of stage-based nursing intervention forpatients undergoing artificial hip replacement during perioperative period.Methods A total of60patients withartificial hip replacement were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with30cases in eachgroup.The control group received conventional nursing regimen,and the experimental group received stagebasednursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Observation were made on perioperative pain score,deep venous thrombosis rate and clinical nursing satisfaction degree in two groups.Results Both groups had nostatistically significant difference in pain score before treatment(P>0.05).The experimental group had obviouslylower postopertive pain score than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Theexperimental group had obviously lower deep venous thrombosis rate as3.33%(1/30)than20.00%(6/30)in thecontrol group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had obviouslyhigher nursing satisfaction degree as90.00%(27/30)than66.67%(20/30)in the control group,and the differencehad statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Stage-based nursing intervention for perioperative patientsundergoing artificial hip replacement shows ideal clinical effect,and it is worthy of promotion.
