摘要
近年来,中国企业海外并购呈现日益明显的获取优势无形资源的战略动机。从无形资源的视角来看,中国企业在海外并购的实践中面临着经验不足、创新能力不强、文化融合能力欠佳、人力资源匮乏等问题,并且屡屡遭遇海外政治因素的干扰,这与没有认识到无形资源的特性以及跨国转移扩散的规律有一定的关系。在对这些问题的成因做了进一步剖析的基础上,本文有针对性地从宏观与微观层面提出了以强化能力资源为导向,切实加强中外双方良性互动的对策建议。
In recent years,Chinese enterprises have an obvious strategic motive of gaining advantage intangible resources increasingly in the process of overseas M&A.From the perspective of intangible resources,Chinese enterprises faced with problems such as lack of experience,lack of innovation ability,poor cultural integration ability and lack of human resources,and often encounter the interference of overseas political factors.The reason that these problems produce is related with the fact that Chinese enterprises have not recognized the intangible resources’characteristics and rules of transnational transfer.On the basis of further analysis of the causes of these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the benign interaction between Chinese and foreign parties from the macro and micro level.
