摘要 建立了某液压缓冲器密封圈部分的有限元模型,并对液压缓冲器静密封与动密封过程进行了模拟。在ABAQUS软件中使用Hybrid杂交单元,模拟密封圈橡胶材料采用的超弹性材料本构模型。通过设置分析步,分别对密封圈在装配过程、缓冲过程、复位过程中的受力情况进行了仿真分析。分析提取的密封圈应力云图与接触压力云图表明,该结构所采用的密封形式满足静密封、动密封的要求。 The finite element model of a hydraulic buffer seal ring is established,and the static sealing anddynamic sealing process of hydraulic buffer is simulated.The hybrid element is used to simulate the hyperelasticmaterial constitutive model of the rubber material of seal ring in ABAQUS.Through setting up analysis step,thesimulation analysis of the force of the sealing ring in the assembly process,the buffering process and the resetprocess is carried out.The analysis of the stress nephogram of the seal ring and the contact pressure nephogramshow that seal form used in the structure satisfies the requirements of the static seal and dynamic seal.
