摘要
食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血具有起病急骤、病情进展快、致死率极高等特点,随着医疗技术的飞速发展,内镜技术在出血防控方面发挥了举足轻重的作用,有效降低了食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血致死率。但内镜技术对医师要求较高,若操作不当,可能引发其他并发症,影响整体治疗效果。基于此,笔者归纳总结了预防食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血内镜治疗并发症的研究进展,旨在为拓宽临床治疗思路提供参考。
Stomach esophagus varicosity burst hemorrhage with sudden onset,rapid progression,and the fatality rate is extremely high,with the rapid developmentof medical technology,endoscopic techniques have played an important role in bleeding control,effectively reduce the stomach esophagus varicosity bursthemorrhage fatality rate.But endoscopic technique is more demanding for physicians,and if not done properly,it could lead to other complications that affectthe overall therapeutic effect.Based on this,the author summarized the prevention of stomach esophagus varicosity burst hemorrhage of the complications ofendoscopic treatment of research progress,aims to provide a reference for broaden the clinical thought.
