摘要
便携式X射线机油箱主要是采用铜板材质进行锡焊,其密闭性的好坏决定产品的质量。本文基于此类产品油箱的案例,分析了油箱漏油产生的原因,并有针对性地提出解决方案。通过相关设计方案的优化,改善了油箱锡焊的效果及焊接质量,保证了油箱的密闭性,为便携式X射线机产品的可靠性提高了保证。
The fuel tank of portable X-ray machine mainly uses copperplate materials for soldering,and the sealing quality decides the product quality.Based on similar caseof such fuel tank,this paper analyzes the causes of oil leakage,and puts forward the solution aiming at it.Through the optimization of related design,the effects offuel tank soldering and the welding quality are improved.This ensures the sealing of the fuel tank,and improves the reliability of portable X-ray machine.
