摘要
藻类是水生生态系统中的重要组成部分,所以水中藻类计数的检测在水质监测工作中被列为重要研究对象之一。藻类计数检测方法多种多样,且取样部分、水样前处理部分、水样分析部分各不相同。利用沉淀法和抽滤萃取法对水样前处理部分进行比对。方法比对可以突显检测方法的优缺点,同时与常规实验相结合选择最优方法。通过比对优化实验条件,提高工作效率、准确率,并减小实验误差。
Algae is an important part of the aquatic ecosystem,so the method of algae count is one of the important studysubjects in water quality monitoring.The algae count method varies widely,and the sampling,pretreatment and analysis ofwater samples are not identical.This article mainly introduces the comparison between precipitation and suction filter extractionof water samples pretreatment.Method comparison can highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the detectionmethod,and combining with conventional experiments,it helps to select the optimal method.Through the comparison,experimental conditions can be optimized,working efficiency and accuracy can be enhanced and experimental error will bereduced.
