摘要
目的:分析生长抑素治疗上消化道出血的应用效果。方法:收治上消化道出血患者78例,按照患者入院顺序纳入试验组(n=39)与参照组(n=39)。两组患者均采用奥美拉唑治疗,在此基础上试验组应用生长抑素治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率进行比较。结果:试验组患者临床治疗总有效率97.44%,高于参照组的84.62%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者中出现不良反应1例,参照组患者中出现不良反应5例,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生长抑素治疗上消化道出血的应用效果显著,能够在提升患者临床治疗总有效率的同时,使患者的不良反应发生率降低,临床治疗有效性与安全性比较理想。
Objective:To analyze the effect of somatostatin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:78patientswith upper gastrointestinal bleeding were treated.According to the order of admission,the experimental group(n=39)and thereference group(n=39)were enrolled.Two groups of patients were treated with omeprazole,and the experimental group was treatedwith somatostatin on this basis.The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was97.44%;the total effective rate of the reference groupwas84.62%;the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).There were1case of adverse reactions in theexperimental group and5cases in the reference group with adverse reactions,and the difference between groups was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Somatostatin is effective in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.The utility model canimprove the total effective rate of the clinical treatment of the patients and reduce the incidence of the adverse reactions of thepatients.The clinical treatment is effective and safe.
